Do you have a portable massage table that you can bring to use for the duration of the training? It needs to have adjustable height, the vinyl needs to be tear free as we will work directly on it, and preferably have an extendable head piece.

A video chat is offered to students who feel they would benefit from this in the two weeks leading up to the training. This is not compulsory, but is offered as a space to share any concerns/ask questions/connect if you would like to. Please allow 30 mins

Payments & Refunds:

Deposits are non-refundable. In some circumstances 50% of a deposit can be transferred to a future training, if the training has not commenced yet and the participant is unable to attend.
50% will be kept as an administration fee.
I agree to pay any remaining money for my tuition by the commencement of the training.
Once the course has commenced, if a person stops attending for any reason, there will be no refund of any monies paid.

Behaviour & Responsibility:

Participants must behave respectfully.
If deemed unfit, a participant may be removed from activities.
Participants assume full responsibility for their own wellbeing.
Participants are liable for any equipment damage due to negligence.

Acknowledgement of Risk:

The Blisstitute of Living Aloha aims to ensure safety, but acknowledges inherent risks in it's services.
Participants accept these risks and waive any claims for damages or injuries, including legal claims.

Health & Discontinuation:

Participants confirm they are in good health and are able to participate in the training, including giving and receiving Lomilomi massage for practice purposes.
If a participant feels they cannot complete the training, they will discuss this with the teacher.

Philosophical Context:

Activities are based on a specific cultural/spiritual philosophy. Participants agree not to hold The Blisstitute of Living Aloha liable for how they interpret or apply these teachings in their personal lives.

Full Legal Waiver:

Participants waive all legal claims for injury, death or property damage.
The waiver applies even if participants are not actively engaged in activities but are on the premises.
